By engaging with Aether Infrastructure Partners, you agree to these terms. All consulting services, architecture designs, and implemented code remain the intellectual property of Aether until full payment is received. We guarantee SLAs as defined in individual client master service agreements.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
